They govern the website. They are not a contract for us to prepare or submit an application. That work begins only if we agree to it separately.

What the site is for

The pages describe our administrative, immigration and document services for citizenship applications in Antigua and Barbuda. They are general information. They are not legal advice, and they do not promise that an application will be accepted or that citizenship will be granted. Requirements and decisions belong to the relevant authorities and can change.

Enquiries

Sending the contact form asks us to reply. It does not appoint us, create a client relationship, or oblige us to take on a matter. Please do not include passport copies, identity numbers, or other sensitive documents in the message. The form is not a place to upload files.

How we use the details you type is set out in the Privacy notice. The form cannot be sent unless you agree to that use.

Acceptable use

Please use the site and the form lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for weaknesses, send misleading enquiries, or place harmful code in a message. We may ignore or refuse a message that does this.

Which law applies

These website terms are read under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as they apply in Dubai. If a mandatory consumer or data-protection right applies to you where you live, that right still applies. The courts of Dubai can hear a dispute about these website terms, without taking away a right you have to bring a claim in your home courts where the law requires that.
